Jennie Lou McRae Hendricks, 88, formerly of Norfolk, died Wednesday, Jan. 15, 1997, in Brandon Oaks Nursing Home.
Mrs. Hendricks was a native of Cumberland County and was a member of the Eastern Star and Fleet Reserve Post 60 in Norfolk.
She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Joseph A. and Irene Hendricks of Roanoke, James T. & Joyce Hendricks of Rockwall, Texas; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. today in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens with Rev. John Ashenfelder officiating. The family will receive friends 7 to 9 p.m. today at Oakey's North Chapel.
