Anne L. Gill, 74, of the 1100 block of Hartwood Ave., died Jan. 15, 1997, in Virginia Beach Health Care Center.
She was born in Portsmouth, the daughter of the late George C. Campbell and Ada Campbell.
She is survived by her husband, retired U.S. Navy Cmdr. Ronald E. Gill; sons, George R. Gill of Carmel, Calif., Donald E. Gill of Fair Oaks, Calif.; sisters, Mary Ellen Brammeier of Seminole, Fla., Clenis Pope of Portsmouth; six grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in Princess Anne Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. Sunday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Neck Chapel. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to your favorite charity.
