Margaret Ann David, of the 200 block of Waverly Drive, died Jan. 17, 1997.
Born in Princess Anne County, she was the widow of Joe L. David and retired from Virginia Beach General Hospital. She was a member of First Lynnhaven Baptist Church, Virginia Beach, and the Usher Board (NU)2.
Survivors include her stepdaughter, Virginia M. David of Cilo, S.C.; adopted daughter, Doris Dozier of Virginia Beach; six sisters, Eva Dozier, Fannie Peterson, Jannie Smith, JoAnn Steverson, Sandra Stephenson, Judith Ferebee, all of Virginia Beach; nine brothers, Nicodemus Dozier Jr., William Dozier, Robert Dozier, Arthur Dozier, Therman Dozier, John Dozier, Walter Dozier, Ronnie Dozier, all of Virginia Beach, Sherman Dozier of Bradenton, Fla.; aunt, Mable Woods; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in First Lynnhaven Baptist Church, Virginia Beach, by the Rev. Edgar A. Williams. Burial will be in Colonial Grove Memorial Park, Virginia Beach. Community Funeral Home, Virginia Beach Chapel, is handling arrangements.
