Cathy Nyman Villaluz, 24, of the first block of Sunset Lane, died Saturday, Jan. 18, 1997, in Virginia Beach.
Mrs. Villaluz, a native of Portsmouth, was a member of Community United Methodist Church. She was an administrative assistant at Hall Auto Mall.
Survivors include her husband, Mike E. Villaluz; her mother, Janice Warren Nyman and father, Carl M. Nyman of Portsmouth; two sons, Michael Andrew Kurus and Matheau Antonio Villaluz; a brother, Kevin Nyman; and paternal grandparents, Carl and Eleanor Nyman, all of Portsmouth.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, by the Rev. John Bright. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. today.
