Helen C. Loftus died Jan. 20, 1997. She was 83.
Helen was a retired accountant for the Department of the Navy. She was the loving mother of David Loftus of Norfolk, Sheila Long of North Carolina, Judith Wilson of Suffolk and Marsha Pittman of Tennessee. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
There will be a memorial service conducted by the Rev. Larry Varndell at 6 p.m. Thursday in Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel.
