Arthur F. ``Sonny'' Frank, 66, of the 1200 block of Colonial Ave. died Jan. 20, 1997, in his residence.
A retired general contractor, Mr. Frank was a Norfolk native and a member of Ocean View Assembly of God. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Esther M. Frank; daughter, Katherine N. Roebuck of Woodstock, Ga.; son, Allen Farrington Frank; mother-in-law, Mae Pounds of Norfolk; two sisters, Maxine White of Virginia Beach and Norma Whittaker of Orange Park, Fla.; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his brother, Conrad R. Frank.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Ocean View Assembly of God by the Rev. Wendall D. Hodges. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will be in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
