ANNA J. MINNICH

Anna Josephine Minnich, 69, of the 4500 block of Bob Jones Drive, died Jan. 20, 1997, in her residence.

A native of Brooklyn, N.Y., Mrs. Minnich is survived by her husband, retired U.S. Navy Cmdr. Donald E. Minnich; two sons, Steven D. Minnich of Virginia Beach and Gary F. Minnich of Savannah, Ga.; brother, Joseph Baiarunus of New York, N.Y.; five grandchildren, Steven Minnich, Adam Minnich, Amanada Minnich, Matthew Minnich and Tiffany Minnich.

A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, the Rev. Sidney K. Nelson. Burial will be in Colonial Grove Memorial Park. The family will receive friends in the funeral home an hour before the service Thursday. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the SPCA.
