Mary H. Thoman, 86, of the 5400 block of Stewart Drive, died Jan. 22, 1997, in Norfolk.
Born in Powhatan County, Va., she was a sales representative for Mary Benton Co. and the Sears Roebuck Co.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry W. Thoman.
A graveside funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in Mount Olive Cemetery, Abbottstown, Pa., by the Rev. Kenneth Heasley. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. today to receive friends.
