Your front-page lead report on Jan. 16 is titled ``Report: Arena would yield surplus,'' with the subtitle, ``Municipalities might share $777,000 annual profit.''
Only on reading the article do we find that for a $143 million investment, the 15 regional cities could share in the $777,000 per year. To put this in terms I understand, would I invest $143 to earn 77 cents per year? No way.
Please stop pushing the hockey arena.
