EMILY F. WALKER

Emily Fisher Walker, 85, of the 200 block of Rainbow Lane, died Jan. 21, 1997.

Born in Princess Anne County, Va., she was the widow of Bernie L. Walker. She was a member of Indian River Baptist Church, Chesapeake, and a past member of Portlock United Methodist Church. She was the daughter of the late Ola Pebworth Fisher and Wallace Duncan Fisher.

Survivors include two sons, W. Larkin Walker of Chesapeake, B. Leonard Walker of New Bern, N.C.; two sisters, Agnes Birdzell and Katie Hill, both of Chesapeake; a brother, Bennie Fisher of Abingdon, Va.; three grandchildren, Alan Walker of Chesapeake, Steve Walker of Jacksonville, Fla., Debbie Totty of Chesapeake; and seven great-grandchildren.

A funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. today in Indian River Baptist Church, Chesapeake, by the Rev. Robert E. Jordan. Burial will be in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements.
