Annie Beale Ficare, 76, of the 300 block of Cedar St., died Jan. 22, 1997, in Hillhaven Nursing Center.
A homemaker and a native of Isle of Wight County, Va., she was the widow of William Petro Ficare and a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church. She was the daughter of the late Lloyd Thomas and Rosa Lee Butler Beale.
Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Kulla F. and Ronnie Pennington of Blackstone, Va.; sons and daughter-in-law, Petro B. and Joyce Ficare and Ector B. Ficare, all of Suffolk; and grandchildren, Renee Winslow of Suffolk and Dean Winslow of New York.
A graveside funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Cedar Hill Cemetery by the Rev. Vance Mann. Friends may join the family in Harrell Funeral Home from 7 to 8 p.m. today and other times in the residence. Memorial donations may be made to St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 213 N.
