Edward Milton Gallop of the 800 block of Colgate Ave. died Jan. 24, 1997.
A native of Princess Anne County, his survivors include daughter, Brenda G. Pretlow of Hampton; sister, Hazel Houston of Chesapeake; brother, George ``Teddy'' Gallop of New York; grandchild, Chanda Pretlow; great-grandson, Malik Welch.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Wednesday in Community Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, by Bishop Anthony Moses. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Garden. The family will assemble in the funeral home at 11:45 a.m.
