Grace Louise Howard died Jan. 25, 1997, in a local hospital.
A homemaker, Mrs. Howard was a native of Philadelphia and a Baptist.
Survivors include her husband, Robert L. Howard; son, Carroll L. Howard of Moyock, N.C.; and a grandchild, Gregory Howard of Moyock.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, by the Rev. Ernest Trueblood. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park.
