JOHN H. CLARK

John Havens Clark, 46, died Friday, Jan. 24, 1997, in a local hospital.

Mr. Clark was born in Flemingsburg, Ky., and retired from the U.S. Army Band. He was working for the Center of Music as a salesman. He was a member of Landstown Community Church, Virginia Beach, and Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Survivors include his wife, Irma L. Clark; two sons, Kai and Ken Clark, both of Virginia Beach; and five brothers, Baine Clark, James Clark, William Clark and Joseph Clark, all of Kentucky, and David Clark of California.

A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Landstown Community Church by the Rev. Noah Stoltzfus. Burial will be in Quantico National Cemetery, Quantico, Va. The family will receive friends in Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, Virginia Beach, from 7 to 8 p.m. Monday.
