H. Wayne Richard, 47, of the 500 block of Waterwheel Road, died Jan. 24, 1997.
Due to weather conditions, the family has rescheduled the funeral service from graveside to a chapel service in the chapel of Oman Funeral Home, Great Bridge, today at 11 a.m. Vernon C. Grimes will officate. Interment will be in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army or the Chesapeake Humane Society.
