Elizabeth Ann Mallard, 53, of the 2400 block of Herring Ditch Road, beloved wife, mother and daughter, died Tuesday, Jan. 28, 1997, in a local hospital.
A Norfolk native, Mrs. Mallard was a Baptist.
She is survived by her mother, Katie Curtis Gibson of Chesapeake; husband, Robert L. Mallard; two daughters, Kimberly Dawn Mallard of Chesapeake and Kelly Erin Cass and husband, Christopher Patrick Cass of Chesapeake; son, Timothy Lee Mallard of Chesapeake; two brothers, Ronald E. Gibson and Marvin A. Gibson Jr., both of Chesapeake.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, by the Rev. Peter Lopresti. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will be in the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today. Contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
