William I. Marshall died Jan. 26, 1997.
He was a retired Naval officer with 30 years of service. He was also retired from Newport News Shipbuilding Inc.
He is survived by his wife, Ingrid Marshall; daughters, Ingrid Dickens and Kari Lynn Marshall; sons, Bjorn Marshall and Scott Marshall.
