SPACE FOR ARENA?

Bob Molinaro's Jan. 15 article concerning regionalism and the Hampton Roads Rhinos indicates that Norfolk is out there carrying the ball while others are either blocking or sitting it out.

This is partially true; Norfolk is certainly into playing games.

Over the years, Norfolk has not had sufficient land for a regional jail, a regional landfill, etc. Suddenly, it has room for a ``regional arena.''
