HENRY C. SIVIK

Henry Charles Sivik, 82, of the 17500 block of Plantation Road died Jan. 28, 1997, in the Portsmouth Naval Hospital.

A retired commander in the Naval Dental Corps, Mr. Sivik was a Massachusetts native and the widower of Louise S. Sivik.

Survivors include two sisters, Julianna Samorski of Shelburne, Mass., and Viola Sivik of Pittsfield, Mass.; and a brother, Frank Sivik of Jacksonville, Fla.

A graveside funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Arlington National Cemetery. Loving Funeral Home, Churchland, is in charge.
