MARY W. WILLIS

Mary Weich Willis, 87, of the 3000 block of Dunkirk Avenue, died Feb. 3, 1997.

A nursing aide at Lafayette Villa, Mrs. Willis was a Portsmouth native and was the widow of her first husband, Elmer J. Weich Sr., and her second husband, Ronald Willis. She was a member of Lafayette Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Mary Lou Ocheltree of Norfolk and Beverly Ann Macek of Virginia Beach; two sons, Elmer J. Weich of Joppa, Md., and Douglas C. Weich of Norfolk; six brothers; eight sisters; five grandsons; five granddaughters; seven great-grandchIldren. She was predeceased by her son, Herbert C. Weich.

A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends in the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
