Nellie V. Malbon of the 4100 block of Rainbow Drive died Feb. 1, 1997, in a local nursing center.
Mrs. Malbon, a Princess Anne County native, was the widow of George C. Malbon. She was a domestic and a member of First Lynnhaven Baptist Church.
Survivors include a sister, Ellen A. Davis of Norfolk; three nieces, Mrs. Mary Frances Pryor, Mrs. Carolyn C. Flowers, Mrs. Atla E. White of Virginia Beach; two nephews, Melvin Ridley of Virginia Beach and Jeremiah Harold III of Norfolk; two brothers-in-law, Webster Davis of Norfolk, Jeremiah Harold Jr. of Virginia Beach; and a host of other nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. today in First Lynnhaven Baptist Church by Dr. Edgar L. Williams Jr. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Graves Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
