Antoinette ``Tink'' Hall, 78, of the 1500 block of Dandridge Drive, died Feb. 3, 1997, in Maryview Hospital.
Born in Winton, N.C., she was the widow of Walter S. Hall.
She was a devoted mother and grandmother to both Shelia H. Vaughan of Portsmouth and Sherry H. Vines of Virginia Beach; a son, Freddie Hall of Portsmouth; two grandchildren, Janaf Hall and Timiko Hall, both of Portsmouth; and seven great-grandchildren. Survivors also include three brothers, Raymond Brown of Winton, Collis Brown of Raleigh, N.C., Bernard Brown of Cary, N.C.; and a host of other relatives, in-laws and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday in Pleasant Plains Baptist Church, Ahoskie, by the Rev. Robert Ashe. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Viewing at Corprew Funeral Home will begin at noon today. The family and friends will assemble at the residence at 1:30 p.m. Saturday for the procession to the church.
