Andrew Lamar Mason, 29, left this life on Feb. 3, 1997, in Hedgesville, W.Va., to go about his Father's business.
A dedicated member of Hedgesville Assembly of God Church, a committed youth leader for King Come Youth and an accomplished drummer for Holy Warfare and A.U.D.I.O. Impact, ``Drew'' was known by all to live the Jesus he professed.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Brenda and Terry Nobles; his ``granny,'' Helen McClenny; and his sister, Rebecah Nobles, all of Virginia Beach; his brother and sister-in-law, the Rev. Mark S. and Suzan L. Mason of Hedgesville; and his grandmother, Mattie Mason of Chesapeake.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in Andrew's Home Church Lighthouse Worship Center, Route 17, in Hayes/Gloucester, Va., by the Revs. Gene Cecil, Stanley C. Grant and Louis Whitford III. Interment will follow in Rosewood Cemetery, Virginia Beach.
