Charles Fulton of the 400 block of W. 37th St. died Feb. 4, 1997, in a local hospital.
He is survived by his daughter, Bertha Sunkins of Jacksonville, Fla.; son, Tony Fulton of Norfolk; three brothers, Lee Fulton, Hayes Fulton, both of Philadelphia, and Melvin Fulton of Atlantic City, N.J.; 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in Knox Presbyterian Church by Mike Shelton and Elder C.E. Sunkins. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. A wake will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. Sunday in Hale Funeral Home Chapel. The body will be placed in the church at 11 a.m. Monday.
