Elaine M. Cheng, 82, died Feb. 7, 1997.
She was a native of Fujian, China.
She is survived by her husband, George T. Cheng; son, Richard T. Cheng and his wife, Nancy of Virginia Beach; two sisters; and three brothers; two grandsons, James S. Cheng and his wife, Jeanette, of Virginia Beach and Raymond Cheng of Virginia Beach.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Neck Chapel, Virginia Beach, by the Rev. Brian R. McDonald. Burial will be in Princess Anne Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 10:30 to 11 a.m. Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Lung Association.
