RAGE, BUT NO SURPRISE

I suppose I should be shocked, hurt and surprised by the recent decision that the 3rd Congressional District is unconstitional, but I'm not.

African Americans continue to lose ground in Virginia and the United States. The question is, how much longer will we allow these losses to go on? Bob Dole, of all people, coined the phrase that appropriately expresses my question to fellow African Americans:

Where is the rage?
