Ruby Dee Gordon, 69 died Friday, Feb. 14, 1997, in Maryview Hospital.
She was a native of Keller, Va., and spent her childhood in Ocean View. She was the widow of Joseph Ammons Gordon.
Survivors include a son, Bryan Lee Gordon of Suffolk; a sister, Lillian Tillie West of Norfolk; a niece, Martia Gene West of Norfolk; and other relatives.
A funeral will be conducted at 5 p.m. Tuesday in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Bennetts Creek Chapel, by the Rev. John M. Brackin III.
