Douglas Anthony Ross, 39, of the 400 block of Tekoa Road, died Feb. 15, 1997.
Mr. Ross was born in Florida and was retired.
Survivors include two daughters, Tiffany M. Ross and Lyndsey E. Ross, both of Chesapeake; mother and stepfather, Helen and Donald Schaffer of Chesapeake; two sisters, Linda Feres of Virginia Beach and Bonny L. O'Toole of Vidor, Texas; a brother, Robert A. Ross of Norfolk; a grandchild, Cassidi Ross of Chesapeake; and the mother of his children, Pamela Grennon of Suffolk.
A funeral will be conducted at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, by the Rev. Fr. Clayton E. Crigger. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday. The family requests that flowers be omitted. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
