Willie Moore Murray of the 800 block of Summit Avenue died Feb. 15, 1997, in DePaul Medical Center.
A laborer for the city of Norfolk, he was an Ellaville, Ga., native and a member of Primitive Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Madeline Russell-Murray; and father, Willie Murray.
A graveside funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in St. Luke Cemetery by the Rev. Linares C. Harris Sr. The remains will be ready for viewing at 3 p.m. Wednesday. The family will assemble at the residence at 10 a.m. for the procession. Carlos A. Howard Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is in charge.
