Hilda M. Wysong, 84, died Feb. 15, 1997, at Manning Convalescent Home.
A native of Elizabeth City, N.C., she was the widow of Francis A. Wysong. Survivors include a daughter, Audrey Wheeler of Texas; two sons, Robert Wysong of Florida and Russell Wysong of Portsmouth; a sister, Eleanor G. Whitehurst of Portsmouth; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in New Hollywood Cemetery in Elizabeth City, N.C.
