Dr. Herb Levenson, 82, died Feb. 11, 1997.
Survivors include a son, Gary, and his wife, Melanie, and their sons, Marc and Daniel, of Bay Shore; daughter, Gail, and husband, David Call, of San Jose, Calif.; a sister, Pam Solberg of Norfolk; a nephew, Mark Solberg of Arlington, Va.; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Services were held in Westchester, N.Y. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
