Harry C. Russ Jr. died Feb. 13, 1997.
Mr. Russ owned and operated a Norfolk area business, Russ Brothers Garage, for over 40 years. Mr. Russ was a devoted father, husband and an outstanding member of the Norfolk community.
He is survived by his wife and two children. He will be deeply missed.
