Leona L. Collins of the 800 block of Harbour North Drive died Feb. 15, 1997, in Chesapeake General Hospital.
A machine operator for General Foam Plastics, Norfolk, for 23 years, she was a Norfolk native and the widow of Victor Collins Jr.
Survivors include daughter, Juanita Collins of Chesapeake; three sons, Victor R. Collins III of Norfolk, Army Lt. Col. Vincent L. Collins of Eatontown, N.J., and Donald Collins of Chesapeake; sister, Gloria Williams of Hackensack, N.J.; 12 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday in Fitchett Funeral Home. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. The family will be in 811 Harbour North Drive, Chesapeake.
