Roy Lee Sutton Jr., 64, died Feb. 18, 1997, in his Rock Hill, S.C., residence.
A native of Greenville, N.C., he was a member of the VFW.
Survivors include his wife, Nollie L. Sutton of Portsmouth; three daughters, Victoria L. Manry of Saugatuck, Mich., Angela D. George of Rock Hill, and Cheryl D. Walters of Hampton; two sons, Timothy L. Sutton of Cincinnati and Michael D. Draughon of Alexandria, Va.; a sister, Lila M. Cox of Portsmouth; a brother, Linwood Sutton of Portsmouth; and 11 grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, by Dr. Ray O. Jones. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday in the funeral home.
