Helen McClaren Holt, 79, widow of Ronnie L. Holt, died Thursday, Feb. 20, 1997.
She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Trina H. and Charles ``Buddy'' Marson of Virginia Beach; a son, Michael D. Holt, and a grandson, Jonathan P. Holt, both of Richmond. Mrs. Holt was a devoted mother of New Hanover Presbyterian Church and Laburnum Presbyterian Church.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. today in the Laburnum Chapel, Woody Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the mausoleum chapel at Forest Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Carson Building Fund, New Hanover Presbyterian Church, 6543 Chamberlayne Road, Mechanicsville, Va. 23111.
