Florence Isabel Carroll, 62, of the 3500 block of Daisy Crescent, died Feb. 19, 1997. She was a native of Newfoundland, Canada.
Full of life, full of energy, a wonderful person with a heart as big as Canada, she was a wife, mother, grandmother and a giver to all. She will be dearly missed.
Survivors include her husband, James Carroll of Virginia Beach. She was the beloved mother of Jerry Carroll and Shannon Carroll, both of Virginia Beach, and Kathryn Carroll of Atlanta. She was the caring grandmother of Stephanie, Dylan, Tara and Garnett.
Also surviving are three sisters, Edwina, Janet and June of Canada, and daughter-in-law, Michelle Carroll of Virginia Beach.
The viewing will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today in Virginia Beach Christian Church, N. Great Neck Road and Rose Hall Drive. The committal service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in Princess Anne Memorial Park.
