Anne Darden Stallings, 61, died Friday, Feb. 21, 1997, in Norfolk.
Mrs. Stallings, native of Isle of Wight, was a homemaker and a floral assistant for Little's Flower Shop for 20 years. She was a member of the Smithfield Baptist Church, the B.L. Wells Class and the Lelia Minton Brock Group.
Survivors include her husband, R.W. ``Bobby'' Stallings III; two sons, R.W. Stallings IV, C. Darden Stallings; stepmother, Mildred C. Darden; two grandchildren, Heather Ann Stallings and Gene W. Stallings; a sister, Mollie D. Jones, all of Smithfield; two brothers, K.A. Darden of Radford, Va., G.W. Darden of Greensboro, N.C.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in Ivy Hill Cemetery, Smithfield by Dr. Don Rhoton and the Rev. Rueggy Copen.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today in Colonial Funeral Home Chapel, Smithfield, and suggests that memorial contributions may be made to The Smithfield Baptist Church Building Fund, 100 Wainwright Drive, Smithfield, Va. 23430.
