GE Capital Modular Space in Norfolk received a $598,235 contract for modular office type complex with restrooms at the School Administration Center in Hampton.

Shaddeau Roofing & Construction Corp. in Norfolk received a $427,150 contract for reroofing the Powhatan I complex at Whitehurst Hall, Old Dominion University.

Waterfront Marine Construction in Virginia Beach received an $832,118 contract for the Lynnhaven Drive/Long Creek drainage canal in Virginia Beach.

T.A. Sheets Mechanical Contractor in Norfolk received a $455,933 contract for the Wilson Road force main and pumping station modifications in Smithfield and a $917,650 contract for Lago Mar water system improvements in Virginia Beach.

Jerry J. Lilly and Stacy A. Lilly, formerly doing business as Just A Few & More, filed Chapter 13 debt repayment plan on March 17 with assets of $207,477 and liabilities of $274,194.11.

Larry Darnell Artis and Rose Ann Artis, Larry D. Artis & Sons Trucking, filed Chapter 13 debt repayment plan on March 17. Assets and liabilities were not available.

Saunders Marine Service Inc. filed Chapter 7 liquidation on March 18 with assets of $1,761.61 and liabilities of $83,072.25.
