Laura A. Dizon, 48, of the 2500 block of Nevada Ave., died April 17, 1997, in a Virginia Beach hospital.
A native of the Philippines, she was a registered nurse.
Survivors include three sisters, Divina Sison and her husband, Arnulfo, of the Philippines, Evelyn Dizon and Demy Dizon, both of Norfolk; three brothers, Jesus Dizon and his wife, Esther, of Union City, Calif., Ben Dizon of Jacksonville, Fla., Julieto Dizon and his wife, Grace, of Norfolk; three nieces and three nephews.
A funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday in Holy Trinity Catholic Church by Father Santiago C. Frias. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, from 5 to 10 p.m. Wednesday and also from 5 to 10 p.m. Friday.
