Doris Maxine Davis of the 3900 block of Stumpy Lake Lane died May 28, 1997, in Sentara Leigh Hospital, Norfolk.
She was born in Princess Anne County, Va. and was a member of Union Baptist Church, Virginia Beach.
Survivors include her mother and father, Annie B. Davis and Lonnie L. Davis Sr. of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Mildred L. Forbes of Wichita, Kan., and Jean A. Wilson of Hampton; three brothers, Lonnie L. Davis Jr., Clifton S. Davis Sr. and Clenton T. Davis, all of Virginia Beach.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Monday in Mount Bethel Baptist Church, Indian River Road, Virginia Beach, by the Rev. Samuel Walton. Burial will be in Colonial Grove Cemetery, Virginia Beach. The body will be in Mount Bethel Baptist Church at 11 a.m. Monday. Fitchett Funeral Home is handling arrangements. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
