Pattie Wilson Dale, 91, of the 3700 block of Sarasota Square Blvd. died Aug. 11, 1997, in Sarasota Memorial Hospital.
Born April 4, 1906, in Whaleyville, Va., she was the daughter of Joseph Trotman Wilson and Eugenia Lilley. A widow, she was as a homemaker and attended Covenant Life Presbyterian Church in Sarasota. She moved to Sarasota from Virginia Beach in 1991.
Survivors include two daughters, Catherine Coates of Palm Coast, Fla., and Vivian Meyrick of Sarasota; four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
A service will be held at 1 p.m. today in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel, with the Rev. Paul C. Balley of Virginia Beach Methodist Church officiating. Private burial will be in Rosewood Cemetery, Virginia Beach. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
