The fifth annual Suffolk Alzheimer's Walk, ``A Walk to Remember,'' will be at Lone Star Lakes, Saturday.
Registration begins at 8 a.m. Bring sponsor forms - the minimum pledge is $1 - and donations by the end of the walk.
You can take a walk anytime between that time and noon.
If you wish, bring Fido or Rex, but be sure to keep your pet on a leash.
Make sure you and the pooch are ready for a good, healthy walk, because it covers a 3.3 mile course.
The more ambitious ones may go around the course two or three times.
Two checkpoints will be located around the course. Refreshments will be served at those locales.
Donations received from the Alzheimer's Walk, sponsored by the Suffolk Anchor Club and the Pilot Club of Suffolk, will be divided between the Hampton Roads Alzheimer's Association's Suffolk Support Group, and Alzheimer's Association headquarters. ILLUSTRATION: Graphic
