Ruby D. Hendren, 88, of the 700 block of Suffolk Lane, died Nov. 14, 1997.
Born in Norfolk, she was the widow of Edward L. Hendren Jr. and a homemaker. She was a member of St. Aidans Episcopal Church, Virginia Beach.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Edward Dale Hendren and Priscilla Hendren of Virginia Beach; a brother, W.W. ``Snookie'' Dail Jr. of Chesapeake; two grandchildren, Elizabeth ``Beth'' Runzo of Virginia Beach, Michael Hendren of Norfolk; two great-grandchildren, Aaron and Dustin Runzo of Virginia Beach.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Magnolia Cemetery by the Rev. Mark Delcuze. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. Monday. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
