The court has ordered a D-N-A sample taken from Clower--
Source say this is to confirm that Clower is indeed the child's father.
Sources also tell NEWS 7 that the child's mother was instrumental in initiating the criminal investigation.
Clower is under house arrest, out of jail on 100 thousand dollars bond.
Because Clower was such an influential manager in Henry County, a change of venue is possible.

A legal technicality has set free a man accused of killing a women in a drunk driving accident.
State police said William Fitzgerald was intoxicated when he killed Ellen Marie Schenker in a head-on collision back in November.
That WOULD have made it Fitzgerald's THIRD drunk driving arrest in 10 years -- allowing prosecutors to charge him with felony murder.
But a judge's omission allowed him to go free yesterday.

The accident happened just seven hours after he was released from jail for drunk driving.
State police found alcohol in his car.
Witnesses today said his blood alcohol level was .01 -- well below the legal limit of .08.
His attorneys say the wreck was the result of improper medication.

C-B-S hoped that hiring Gumbel would help the network news show get out of third place in the ratings.
Gumbel says while he's "naturally disappointed" the show didn't do better, he's pleased with the quality of the program.
No word yet on when Gumbel's last broadcast will be.

Doctor (Yoo Chee-yen) Yu Qian used 28- thousand decaying human teeth to construct his dental edifice.
Standing eight- feet- four inches tall, the tower took six months to make.

He sank his teeth into building the monument, in hopes of encouraging people to look after their pearly whites.
