One man is dead after an early morning shooting in Wythe County.
31-year old Tony Ray Dunford died from a gunshot wound to the stomach.
Authorities say 54-year old, Ronald Lloyd Sutphin- also know as Buddy, shot
Dunford at Sutphin's home in Ivanhoe.

Charles Banks held up the First Virginia Bank on Main Street in Lynchburg

never displayed a weapon.
A dye pack in their bag of money exploded before they could get away.
Banks pleaded not guilty to the charge this morning, but the Judge found
him guilty after a short trial.
He'll be sentenced in July.
A tragic accident may have taken the lives of two Danville children, but
their classmates are making sure they aren't forgotten.
Two trees were planted at Edwin Gibson Middle School this afternoon in
memory of 12-year old Jami and 10-year old James Earles.
The children were killed last fall when the car they were riding in collided
with a dump truck.
It happened at the intersection of Elizabeth Street and Route 265.

Unlike regular cigarettes, Eclipse heats tobacco rather than burning it.
