Annual Meeting Tentative Program

The meeting will be at the Holiday Inn at Rockfish Gap, on top of the Blue Ridge Mountains at the junction of the Skyline Drive, the Blue Ridge Parkway and US Route 250, near Waynesboro, Virginia.

Friday, May 17, P.M.
The group will go by private car to two or more small gardens in Waynesboro. The accent is on Amateur Propagation. Reception and Dinner. Exhibition of rhododendron trusses. Program.

Saturday, May 18
Bus trip to two or more gardens in Staunton, two gardens, Washington and Lee University, the tomb of Robert E. Lee, and Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, then back to Waynesboro to the garden of Mrs. Richard H. Clemmer. Reception. Banquet and Speaker.

Sunday, May 19
No formal program is contemplated, but assistance will be available to plan trips by private car. North on the Drive; South on the Parkway; West to Staunton and Woodrow Wilson's home, Mt. Solon and the Valley of Virginia; or East through Albemarle County to Charlottesville, Monticello and the University of Virginia.
