Seattle Chapter Member Honored
Brian Mulligan, retired director of the University of Washington Arboretum, was honored this past February in London when he was elected International Vice President of the Royal Horticultural Society. Mr. Mulligan was trained in horticulture at the RHS Gardens in Wisley, England.
