Nominating Committee Report
The following is a list of the nominees from which four directors will be elected in 1975. Those names receiving the highest number of votes will be elected for a term of three years. It has been observed in the past that position on the ballot has had a relationship to who gets elected. Therefore position has been determined by lot. When you receive your ballot, please vote promptly so that your vote will be tallied before the Annual Meeting.

ERNEST YELTON, MD ., Southeastern Chapter, Active in chapter affairs. Longtime contributor to A.R.S. seed exchange. Speaker at 1974 national convention. Physician. Collector of native azaleas and tester of rhododendron varieties.
FRANKLIN H. WEST, MD ., Philadelphia Chapter. Contributor of articles on evergreen azaleas to Quarterly Bulletin. Vice President of Tyler Arboretum. Psychiatrist. Grower and evaluator of azaleas.
L. KEITH WADE, PhD , Vancouver Chapter. Speaker at Chapter and National meetings. Professor of Botany. Has studied rhododendrons in native habitats in New Guinea, Sikkim, Canada and Alaska. Collector and grower of rhododendrons.
SIDNEY V. BURNS , New York Chapter. Past President. Present National Board Member. Recipient of A. R. S. Bronze Medal. Collector, hybridizer and propagator of rhododendrons.
ARTHUR P. DOME , Seattle Chapter. Past President. Judge of rhododendron shows and speaker at chapter meetings. Recipient of A.R.S. Bronze Medal. Sales Manager for Horticultural Supply firm. Grows dwarf species and hybrids. Photographer of rhododendrons.
