The Society for Experimental Mechanics stopped publishing Modal Analysis at the end of 1996. Sage Science Publishers, Thousand Oaks, California, has purchased the rights and will incorporate Modal Analysis into its existing publication, The Journal of Vibration and Control (JVC). The editor is Dr. Ali Nayfeh, Distinguished University Professor of Engineering Science and Mechanics, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Existing subscribers to Modal Analysis will be offered subscriptions to JVC .
