The Waterview (Caroline Avenue) Causeway, between the Westhaven
and Waterview neighborhoods in Portsmouth, is not closed, as stated
in a headline and story in Friday's Currents section.
What the city has done is barricade Shenandoah, Grayson and
Orange streets so that motorists cannot turn into the Waterview
neighborhood from High Street.
Also, motorists turning onto High Street from those three streets
can only turn right.
